Fourteen custom, field-assembled ACT air handlers were selected by GSA and Parsons Infrastructure for the building. Each unit is 35,000 CFM and include thermal break casings, mixing sections, two stage MERV-14 filters, chilled water coils, UV lighting, and plenum fans.
